Two Cases of Cerebral Cysticercosis in Cerebellopontine Angle




Abstract
Cerebral cysticercosis is relatively common in Korea We have recently experienced two cases of cerebral cysticercosis which were localized in cerebellopontine angle.
The patients have large lobulated cyst in cerebellopontine angle. The cysts were visualized via unilateral retromastoid suboccipital craniectomy and removed totally. Post-operative courses were satisfactory and marked symptomatic improvement was
obtained in both of the patients.
